I stayed in a room with a full kitchen and everything was functional. It was a great addition to have during the snowstorm. Unfortunately, whilst the kitchen and bathroom seem to be updated, there are other updates that would need to be looked at (rusting in the closets, re-cleaning the floors thoroughly). I also asked for someone to do housekeeping in my room and check the drain in my bathroom sink as it was clogging up. But I think they skipped the housekeeping (and also took my soap) but the sink was resolved (for a few days before it clogged up again). It was not possible to reach housekeeping directly so I had to go through the front desk. Overall, was a decent experience. Room was warm, updated kitchen, and relatively maintained facilities. But just little things here and there I feel can be looked at.

The card given for the parking didn’t work. The front desk staff didn’t know that there was on-street parking across the street. Otherwise it was a nice place but the floors were freezing.

My problem was the room I got literally looked nothing like the room I booked in the picture. I was really disappointed in how it looked like taking in consideration it had the word " luxury suite" when I booked it and in my opinion it wasn't luxurious at all. I felt a little bit scammed by the pictures of the room I booked. It was definitely false marketing.

Great location near Young and Bloor. We were able to park our car safely and then take the subway to get to our show at Meridian Hall. The staff were super friendly and our place very clean. The bathroom was a little dated but beds were comfortable. All in all a great experience and would consider booking here again.

The place has potential. The lobby and entrance is very nice. The rooms are well laid out but they could be cleaner. The bathroom wall behind the sink showed toothpaste spit not wiped off. The water pressure in the shower was low and had to be all the way to HOT to get a warm enough shower. None of the windows opened int he room and it was 25 Celsius in the room when we arrived. I complained and someone came and fixed 2 out of the 3 windows. Staff were very nice
