When we booked, we thought that we had a small kitchen area with a fridge. But unfortunately they had to switch our room due to their situation. We received a free parking instead which was nice. The staff was very nice and we appreciate their effort and accommodation. We wish their renovation will go well.

Very quiet, lovely studio. Would have loved having a desk and access to coffee in my room. To alert you, balcony is locked from access for safety, so you won't be able to get on the balcony but otherwise a nice view.

This is in a good location close to the subway to the centre but also with shopping and museums on the door step. The rooms are a good size and the staff were lovely. It does however feel quite basic. The kitchen was very basically equipped, you couldn’t cook much of a meal there. The pillows were awful. There was a balcony but it was locked up and no key. There is a former swimming pool on the basement floor but it’s been shut down. In terms of comfort and quality this is a three star place at best really.

Very spacious kitchen, all appliances were in working order. Minimal kitchen tools at our disposal. The rooms lacked decor, the whole place was rather drab. The sink and shower were clean but the walls were dirty with stains and hairs. The worst part were the beds: old coil mattresses. I opted to sleep on the couch instead. While it was not horrible, I would not return.

The rooms and locations are great. The blinds are translucent, bright white lighting, one towel was stained, no climate control ran all night on and off making the room freezing, bed sheets are of poor quality and of itchy material, pillows are thin as paper, no desk to do work …. This hotel has a lot of potential
