Positif : emplacement avec vu sur mer. ProximitĂ© de Perros Guirec. NĂ©gatif : en contre saison, il y a pratiquement rien d’ouvert en terme de commerce. Aucun confort dans le logement, l’appartement reste juste un arrĂȘt pour dormir (petite tĂ©lĂ©, un clic-clac dans le sĂ©jour). Aucun charme CompliquĂ© pour avoir les informations sur les clĂ©s, les draps n’étaient pas prĂȘt alors qu’on m’avait confirmĂ© le contraire. Il faisait froid Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. J’en garderait pas un grand souvenir.

La dame qui nous accueille est trÚs sympathique et trÚs professionnel, le propriétaire est a l'écoute. La vue mer est trÚs appréciable. Je pense retourner trÚs prochainement avec ma fille dans cet établissement.

Merveilleux séjour de deux jours, deux nuits. La photo ne permet pas de se rendre compte de ce que l'on loue, dommage de ne pas y voir les terrasses privatives et la belle vue. une belle surprise. Un petit déboire à l'arrivée, nous n'avons pu prendre possession de notre location qu'aprÚs une bonne heure d attente ...! mais super séjour.

Bien mais pas fantastique

A part la literie => canapé lit pas confortable du tout et en plus il bascule lorsqu'un des deux se lÚve le reste est correct. Pour que ce soit fantastique il faudrait changer le canapé lit et prévoir un lave lave-vaisselle et un frigo moins bruyant et ajouter des rideaux car de l'appartement au rez de chaussée on ne voit pas la mer mais le parking. Sinon l'accueil est trÚs bien.

APPARTEMENT AUX PRESTATIONS LIMITES VU SON PRIX

Dans l'appartement vue sur mer, il est possible de la voir Ă  travers les grands pins du Centre de rĂ©Ă©ducation qui cachent la vue !!! (pour 5 € de plus par nuit !) La salle de bain est interdite aux personnes de forte corpulence (environ 50 cm entre le mur et le lavabo !) A 4 personnes, il faut prendre un ticket pour prendre son tour ! (je plaisante). Quant au Wi-Fi, il n'existe pas ! Le tout pour 75 €. Le restant est trĂšs correct.
