No elevator on the parking lot side, had to carry our heavy bags over stairs. The rooms are outdated, the bed is a little noisy while moving. Something actually nice is you get a very tasty cookie while checking in. Very friendly staff, and spacious suite.

Great location. Walkable to Starbucks, grocery and restaurants. Only 15min drive from the airport. This is basically an outdated motel. but the staff was excellent. The breakfast was standard, not horrible not exciting. Room rate was good, includes refrigerator and microwave and living room. The rooms face the pool so it can be loud.

Breakfast was very nice and kept full for guests while we dined. The pool and hot tub was very clean, clear and warm for my kids. It was beautiful! The use of printer and computers for guests was a nice touch. The staff were helpful. The room needed a little love, carpets stained and long curtains were very dusty. The beds were nice and comfy. Overall not bad. We picked doubletree over hampton due to the cookies (for experience). Not offered any at check in. When we asked about an hour later they said they were out of order probably until the next day. They did receive some later that evening. The same with checkout , told they had none but did later that day. We would consider staying again at this location because of the breakfast experience and the pool/ hot tub.

It was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful and well kept. The pool area was amazing especially at night. They had an amazing buffet breakfast that came with the hotel. Overall it was great!

I stayed at Double Tree for 8 nights last week, and I chose the place mainly for its competitive price and the availability of an in-room safe – something that was missing in nearby options. Overall, the experience was mixed: the space and basic functionality were positives, but maintenance and organization left much to be desired.The room was surprisingly spacious, with a separate living area and a proper bedroom, which provided comfort for relaxing. Despite the evident age of the property (which desperately needs an urgent renovation in walls, floors, and finishes), everything worked perfectly: air conditioning, TV, lights, and bathroom operated without issues, avoiding any major disruptions.However, cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The bathroom, in particular, seemed poorly maintained, with rust stains on the toilet that indicate negligence in routine upkeep. This made me uncomfortable, especially since the hotel wasn't full – the staff could have prioritized rooms in better condition.Another issue was the room's location: they placed me right next to an ongoing plumbing construction site, with constant hammering and machine noises during the day. As the hotel had vacancies in other areas, this could have been easily avoided with a simple check or inquiry about preferences for quietness. It was a planning oversight that affected my rest.On the positive side, breakfast was simple but perfectly met my needs: fresh bread, fruits, juices, and basic
