The carpet was badly stained, the bathroom door was ratty on the bottom 4 inches,(on both sides), there was not hot water in the shower only warm water, the bathroom tile was stained, the TV was buffering every 2-5 minutes, making it impossible to watch any program. However the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy.

breakfast was very good check-in was annoying. we arrived at 3pm and the room wasn't ready, and we were told there wasn't another room available. we were told to return at 4. we returned at 4:30, and the room still wasn't ready, but THIS time another room WAS available. after a long day of traveling, this was annoying
