The bed was comfortable and the room clean and spacious. I wish I had known that you could order omelettes at the Buffett breakfast. Look for the little paper to fill out to order your eggs made to order.

The staff were rude, they don’t accept cash at all, and getting ahold of room service was impossible. Didn’t even have a shower curtain in our bathroom and we couldn’t drink the water from the faucet. They charged me twice for the same room and then told me it’s because the room smelled like smoke. We don’t smoke inside!!! My husband is the one that smokes and he went outside to do that. When requesting pictures of such damage I was told it has to be “approved” for me to see them. If it was damage we caused, why can’t I see it? How do you take pictures of a smell? Ridiculous management. Never using this hotel ever again. First time staying there, and it will absolutely be the last. Almost $300 for a horrible experience

We arrived at 3:45 pm (check in time is 3 pm) and were told no Deluxe Rooms with Courtyard View, which is what we reserved, would be ready for at least two more hours. My wife had a plane to catch so this was not an option. Rather than a spacious balcony such as the one pictured, I had a 3 day view of a crowded airport park and fly. Came all the way from Seattle for some desert views. I’m so sad.
My view for 3 days. No Balcony. No King Bed.
The Marriott Bonvoy at the Phoenix Airport in TEMPE last week was no better. View of dumpsters.
