Have stayed in many Hilton properties. Never had to ask 3 times to make the room, and still no one came. We had to call the main Hilton complaint line before they sent someone to clean our room. Towels had stains. Bedcovers had stains. The hotel only filled up the day after we arrived, yet the day we checked in, we were given the lowest level room facing a roof. Everything from bed, to bathroom, to toilet needs serious upgrading. Very disappointing for Hilton brand.

Didn't have breakfast. Dinner was very nice, staff everywhere were great, except maid whom I think spoke an African langusge had to communicate with hand signals about where friends' room was. Really?

All of the aspect. I had to move between 4 different rooms... Room nnwxt to ice machine/ elevator-Moldy room - warm refrigerator/ late check in next door when the hotel is empty - extremely low toilet seat with high water fill/ no space to clean yourself(hand surmarge into water)- room in front of swinging door/ employee elevator with heavy traffic all evening/night - room with empty shower gel & coagulated coffee fresh obviously expured and unused for several month. I called my stay " unwanted room tour" Not enough employee to handle guests.

There was an odd smell when walking into the lobby, the elevators seemed like they werent working well especially the one on the left. The door repeatedly tried closing and wouldnt close unless you held the button. The door to the room took forever to close and then would slam. The toilet was not straight, it turned towards the shower. The bathroom needed to be updated or a very deep clean because it was hard to tell if the bathroom had been cleaned at all or if it was just from years of use. The bed was extremely firm and not in a comfortable way. The pillows were flat as paper once you laid your head on them. The minature fridge wouldnt cool because it had a sheet of ice on the backside. There were stains on the ceiling. There was small pieces of trash on the floor when we first walked in. And the water coming out of the shower was worse than using the sink. The sink didnt want to drain well and the toilet had brown stains. If we werent as tired as we were when we checked in we would have asked for our money back and found somewhere else.

Difficulty getting into room, key did not work. I had to find a maintenance person to help. Internet did not work, I had to call front desk for help, front desk said I was not listed as having arrived, I had checked in 8 hours earlier. Otherwise, the personnel were pleasant, room was clean and comfortable.

We were disappointed that we woke up early for golf and when we returned by 4:00 pm our room was not made. We had an event we had to attend by 6:00 pm and we had to take showers and get ready. Maid service came at almost 5:00 pm…really? They had all day and we were getting ready so of course it couldn’t be done at that time. Needless to say, our room never got cleaned up. The reception girls were excellent, friendly and professional but disliked not having maid service.

The first assigned room - mold visible in shower stall - shampoo gel container was ripped off the wall and placed on top of the bar soap holder - TV was not working.k ALL WAS REPORTED AND SEEN BY A STAFF MEMBER. The second room - The shower floor was very slippery, and I had to use a towel to clean and remove the slippey substance. - The body wash gel holder was empty, so I used the small bar of hand soap in it's place. - The shower door was very difficult to slide. An elderly person would have a tough time. - Such a beautiful building architedture but the Person in charge of maintenance staff is not doing their job and that makes it all a bad stay. THIS IS NOT THE HILTON I AM USED TO.
