Satisfied

No real complaints to keep someone from booking again. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Close to the stadium we walked back from the event because of the traffic.

This property is and hotel is very under care. When upon arrival the computer system was down and the room keys would not work. The lady at the desk had to let us in our room. We then went to dinner and came back and still no room key. Not very happy about this stay. The room was clean tho. And the lady at the front desk was very nice.

I found the hotel clean and very friendly. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel provided great customer service, especially at the front desk. I would definitely stay there again.

It was an overall pleasant experience but I was told that I have to let front desk know if I need my room clean when I confronted them of my room not haven’t been clean for three days. I just always taught in my past experiences that the only time they do not clean is if you have the do no disturb sign. And also room service when they will come they did not leave washcloths in the room.

Landover trip

Went for a concert so the stay was just one night, the one elevator was down so it was a long wait to get up and down. The check in took longer than it should’ve. The front doors to the hotel slammed every time some one would enter or leave. The Breakfast was not good
