The front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast daily was a plus. I will say the best part of my stay was I slept extremely well du to the comfort of the mattress. Downsides: The cable channels very limited.

Outlet in vanity area did not work, so I had to change rooms in order to style my hair; no full length mirror in bedroom; shade on window did not have a blackout option so I could not sleep late; breakfast had no fruit or potato’s. Would not stay here again. Also walls are paper thin.

Understaffed - one person working at the check-in desk with long lines - Property appeared to be under construction, especially the elevators - The latch on my door was jammed, so the door couldn't close. The maintenance person couldn't fix it and then took 45 minutes of waiting in line again to get a room change and when I did, I had to carry my own linens to the room - The picture they use of the pool for all of their advertising is not an accurate representation of the hotel. - In the middle of nowhere with no amenities in walking distance. - Would never stay here again, even for the price.

A lot of broken pieces. Poor water pressure. Breakfast wrongfully served. No restaurant although indicated on amenities available. Gym too small and horribly planned. Rooms were decent but had flaws. Best part was the bed
