Luxury and location - the best of both! This home has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and is located right in the heart of Vail Village. Gondola One is a short 5 minute walk away, as well as the town's shops, dining and the free shuttle which takes you to Lionshead or to Golden Peak.

The primary bedroom is large, welcoming and roomy with a king sized bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for children or family and friends featuring two twin beds. It also has its own private bathroom with a tub. Both bathrooms have in-floor heating to keep your feet warm and cozy.

In the living room there is a queen sized sleeper sofa for another sleeping option. The home also comes complete with washer and dryer for your convenience.

This spacious condo features a cozy living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa facing a warm, river rock fireplace—perfect for family games or watching TV. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, a refrigerator, wine fridge, and all the appliances you need. There's ample seating at the breakfast bar and dining table. There is a grill on the balcony for you to enjoy, as well as a washer / dryer in the unit.

Some ski-storage is available in the home, (but the easiest is to store your skis by the mountain with our recommended ski rental providers). An elevator also provides easy access to the home. You will love this condo for your Vail stay!

- Pool and hot tub are closed during the off seasons (End of April / May and October / November - please ask us if your dates fall in these ranges so we can better inform you on closures)

Best possible location

Great value considering its location. The underground parking was under construction so we had to park in the public garage for the week we were there which wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Otherwise it was great.

Location is prime!

Literally right in the heart of Vail. Location cannot be beat and staff was so helpful. Right across the creek from prime restaurants. We stayed in July and no ac was a non issue left windows open and it felt great. Kitchen well stocked with cooking gear. Would def stay again great location for anytime of year.

Wonderful location

Great property in easy walking distance to Gondola 1. Has a great view of the creek and one parking spot which is handy. Property is well kept and served our party of three very well. Great kitchen and a big, warm fireplace which turns on with a simple push of a button on the remote. Nice balcony and great family room for gathering or watching movies. No AC, but we opened windows to cool the place down. Not sure how well that would work in summer.

Prime location!

The location of the condo with a view of Gore creeks was one of our favorite features of this condo. Walks to dinners or coffee or shopping as well as the mountain were 5 minutes or less. We also loved the large sliding glass windows with views of the mountain and the glass fireplace. The check in was very easy and the property management team not only met with us for check in but was very responsive and helpful. Our only disappointment was that from the description we thought there was a grill but it’s not there any more (we love cooking). That being said having the gas stovetop and fully stocked kitchen, we were able to pivot.

We enjoyed the property very much. It was accurately described and pictured. However you may want to remove the reference to “grilling” from the description as there is no outdoor grill. The service was top notch and communication via text was excellent. Thank you for a great time!!

Centrally located Cozy condo

This unit is centrally located with an east walk to the slopes An older building this unit was nicely maintained with modern appliances , fireplace and plenty of TVS , and a new washer / dryer We only wished the unit was better stocked with household essentials such a as garbage bags The management is super responsive though
