Room was tidy and bed was very comfy...was a little confusing getting to our room. Shuttle to and from airport was great however it said you had to go to international to catch it so we walked all the way there but it actually goes to both domestic and international.

The room was rundown. Peeling walls, cabinets, and tears in the carpets. first night a few ants were found in bathroom. next day ordered food in and left some on the counter for an hour. When we came back to it it was completely covered in red ants so we had to throw the rest out. called front desk to ask for room move and someone from housekeeping come get our garbage because it would attract more ants. Was told that they could not do a room move because fully booked and housekeeping had gone home. did not apologize and were apathetic to our situation. After demanding someone come and get the garbage They said they would try to get bell services to come up in a bit. I put all the food in bags and placed it in the hallway. Got ready for bed and there were ants on my bed as well. Killed the ones I could see and reluctantly got into bed. 1.5 hours later I could hear someone speaking within our room. I was shocked because I had put the deadbolt on. I said hello. A male voice said I heard you have an ant problem I’m here to deal with it. I said it’s now 10:30 pm the garbage is in the hall we will be checking out tomorrow and you can deal with it then. In the morning we went down to the front desk to ask to check out early and be reimbursed for our final night we wouldn’t be using. Also asked for $50 credit for food waste. Manager agreed and said it would be sent to Expedia right away. Next day no credit showing. Contact Expedia and spent 3 days and 1.5 hours getting refund.

The location is good, and has the shuttle service which was the main reason i booked. I didn't find the reception staff very friendly, they seemed a little rude and done what they needed, there wasn't much of a hello, how are you today. I feel they could have been more pleasant to me.

Staff is very friendly and professional, but did not explain the parking and hotel entrance properly at check in. Very weord that they only have one entrance to the hotel thats far from parking having to walk all the way back to the entrance on the rain . Property has plenty of "exit only doors" my suggestion is install card reader on these doors so guests dont have to walk past 4 closed doors that are exit only after parking and having to walk back to the entrance. Property is obviously old and going through renovations, but while I was there there was plenty of work being done , pieces of the roof were falling off on the hallway and they just put a dont slip sign where the roof fell untill maintenance and HK came in next morning, pool was also closed due to maintenance. I own a hospitality management and consultation business and to be honest was disappointed and not worth the $ should have stayed at the Sheraton or BW for a few extra bucks.
