In the description of the pool it said it was warmed water and the reality was it was cold. Bath Tub really all and the property lack of maintenance (several spots were rusty, dirty and very disorganized)

Service from all levels was excellent. Enjoyed notch 8 restaurant a couple of times. Food was excellent and wide variety of wines /drinks Our room was clean and comfortable but carpet had parts that were threadbare and there was no full length mirror which we found unusual for an otherwise well outfitted room. Excellent location. We needed help with a couple of things like a bar fridge which was attended to quickly.

Price was way too high for what you get. Toilet leaked all over the floor. Called 2 times to see if it could be fixed but nobody came. A/C was not working properly and there was a funky smell in the room.

We decided to upgrade our room to a suite to be more confortable (family of 4 with 2 girls 6 and 8). It came to us as a surprise that the sofa bed was an old couch in which you could feel the metal springs on your back and squeaking noises when you moved. One of the girls ended up sleeping with us making making it useless to pay extra. The following day upon departure we went to have brunch and went through the door by the lobby. There was no sign or anything that indicated we had to go through another door and checkin. We started serving our plates and sat down at a table (there were 15+ tables available) and the waiter asked us to go through the other door and check in. My 8 year old was wandering around serving fruit... I went to checkin and told me it would be a 10min wait... when there was no line, tables available and my daughter with a plate of food standing. We decided to leave, to my opinion there was a great lack of judgment by their part. Ordered room service one day before for breakfast and when we came back they did not take all the food and there were fruit flies al over the plate.

This is an older building so it can be very noisy with street activity. Also note, their definition of a partial water view can be a sliver peak between high rise buildings. Not worth the upgrade
