The hotel is central to downtown Vancouver and allows easy access to many entertainment opportunities and to shopping. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet. A good place to relax after being out for the day.

The staff was very pleasant from check-in to checkout. Overall had a good experience. Love the convenience of everything you needed around the hotel. I would definitely use Fairmont Hotel again.

Really good service and location. Room and facilities are a little run down. The pool liner was loose, area of construction around the pool, bathroom in room smelled like urine, and the tub had a chip out of it. Overall a little dated. Staff was very attentive and seemed to cater to upper-class.
