The rooms are outdated, with noticeable dust on upper shelves. The shower head was of poor quality and sprayed water in all directions, which unfortunately ruined my New Year’s Eve outfit. Additionally, the hallways had a strong chlorine smell. On a positive note, the food at the Notch restaurant was excellent, and the service there was exceptional. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. The reason for the one-star rating is the lack of upgrades and overall room quality given the price charged. I have stayed at comparable hotels at the same price point that offered significantly better rooms and amenities.

Very comfy bed, loved the Christmas decor. Pool area is under renovations, so there isn’t currently a hot tub. Gym is well equipped. Had Christmas dinner in Notch8, the prime rib was excellent.
