Overall good - small lobby area. would be good if they allow a space to sit and relax. Good food and service. Also I had asked for a quite room but I had a neighbouring hotel guest with kids and dog running out and crying in the corridor till midnight!

Pro Location - Close to Canada Line, convenient to/from the airport Harbour view excellent Restaurant with good food, my husband thought he had the best mussels ever Fitness facilities - good especially the hot tub Concierge very helpful, assisted us to get a reservation at a busy restaurant Con- Room was clean, but beginning to show age, bathroom still uses curtain, bed while still comfortable has valleys and bumps. Soundproofing really not adequate, we kept hearing stomping sounds upstairs for whatever the upstairs guests were doing. Overall a very pleasant experience, especially when it rained the whole time we were in Vancouver, it makes a difference when the hotel provides some comfort
