We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was super pet friendly. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room were very invigorating after a workout in the pool. Snow falling cast a special atmosphere to the street scene out our window. There was a slice of the mountain between all the high rises. We will definitely return!!

Beautiful and convenient north Vancouver hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff on site at all times. Comfortable rooms just not the most soundproof as we could hear the excessive noise from the highschool pqrty in the ballroom. At time of stay only one elevator was operational causing a slight inconvenience.

Fabulous location

The Pinnacle is in a great location near Lonsdale Quay. This is my 3rd stay. A harbour view room is definitely worth the upgrade. There were some problems this time around: the coffee maker didn't work, there were no plug-ins by the beds, and parking was extremely expensive. Otherwise, the hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

We stayed for two nights and couldn't be more happy. The location is excellent and we did not have to use our car all weekend. It was very easy for friends to come visit us with multiple dining options in the area. We chose to eat most meals in the lobby restaurant and were very pleased with excellent service. Our room had an amazing view of the harbour and was super clean and nicely decorated. The price was very reasonable. Beautiful pool and work out area as well! We will definitely stay again.
