The location, staff and neighborhood are excellent. However, the hotel’s carpets are very old and had a strong odor. We may not stay here for near future unless they remodel the property and replace the carpets.

Beautiful views of the shipyards, Vancouver Sound, and downtown Vancouver. Shipyards shopping and dining is literally steps away. Probably the best hotel we've ever visited in the western hemisphere. Service and restaurant were top tier.
