Excellent hotel in an excellent location located close to the North Shore Water Bus terminal! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and communicative and always willing to answer any questions we had. The food at the hotel was also excellent!

Lovely people nice place but a bit dated. Rooms a bit dark. Internet so so Down and poor quality no charging other than one plug set on desk. Not a business hotel. However pool wonderful and overall a great stay

This hotel is an an excellent location at the Shipyard in North Vancouver. Walkable to restaurants and the sea bus. Good amenities with a nice gym, pool, and restaurant. My only complaint was that we were a group and were not put together. Also the suite is set up strangely and not worth the money.

Great location with great staff

Nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location to harbourfront with lots of activity and buzz. Also great transport by way of Seabus to downtown or bus to such places as Park Royal shopping centre. All very easy and calm.

Great location to stay

Great stay at this hotel in a Harbour view room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, lots of things to assist your stay (mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc). The location was wonderful for walking around and exploring the local neighborhood full of every amenity you could want. The view from the balcony (pictured) was unparalleled. Staff was friendly and 100% helpful with our needs. Glass wall between bedroom area and bathroom provided unusual entertainment :)
