While the room itself was well laid and appointed, the shower fixture in the bathroom was in poor repair. To the point where water was spraying all over the bathroom due to leaks. Staff very friendly and professional.

The staff are amazing, the rooms are newly renovated, you're in the perfect location to get to anywhere you need easily and you can "Skip" just about anything you'd like to eat as you're in the sweet spot between East Van Burnaby. 11/10 experience every time!

I received a nice friendly welcome from the General Manager, Nur. At check in he offered snacks and a drink and in the room there was a nice welcome note and chocolates. Room was very clean and had a nice view. The hotel is right near the freeway so very convenient. It was a great stay and I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

I had a short but sweet stay while travelling for work, and have to comment on how wonderful the service and hospitality was. It was the warmest welcome I've had at a hotel front desk in ages, and the little touches like the welcome basket, water bottles, and snacks offered for the road were nice touches.

So overall this property met our needs to be in a central location with easy access to major through ways but because of that you have traffic noise but that was ok with us and understood when booking. The hotel is an older hotel remodeled. Theyve done a great job rehalutating an older property to feel modern, comfortable and contemporary. BUT the staff was extra special making sure we had water and ever some complimentary little snacks in oyr room with a welcome note! And a coffee lounge and easy parking. We arrived an hour early expecting to wait but the manager git us in early which we totally didn't expect. The hotel was great for us and well definitely be back.
