My wife and I had a generally comfortable stay, but our experience with one staff member left us disappointed. Whenever I asked a question or tried to make a shuttle reservation, his responses were consistently negative and unhelpful. His attitude noticeably shifted only after I raised my voice, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. The hotel itself was fine, but this interaction affected the overall impression of our stay. With better staff training and more attentive service, this property could easily offer a much better guest experience.

The rooms are tiny, but more importantly, no where to put your suitcase, either open it on the floor of the bed. Says its a 15 minute walk from the airport, but there is no way to actually walk as its just off a motorway. €5 each way for the hotel shuttle. Wasnt as described

This hotel was a terrible experience. The location is unsafe, and you’re forced to cross a freeway with no lights just to walk anywhere—very dangerous. There was no restaurant open because the staff was on vacation, and the hotel is so far from the city that finding food is nearly impossible. The safe box didn’t work. Even the shuttle we paid for dropped us off far from the airport terminal early in the morning. I absolutely do not recommend this place
