Close to everything, spotlessly clean, staff are friendly, kind and helpful. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom but never had to wait to use. Will definitely stay here again!

good place, good, comfortabel and stable bed, clean, friendly staff, very fast internet connection - poor soundproofing, you listing everything from your neigboors also if he go to the toillet or if he snore. Also if some neighbours close a door because the doors has no isolation it's wood, also the door frame is wood. Its terrible. I wake up many time in the night. Also a little bit miserly is the breakfast, no good bred, no eggs, no good juices, no hot breakfast, no fruits.... also strange is if you pay the tourist tax, they don't give you a receipt.

We feel sorry that you were not fully satisfied of our service. Please understand that we are a very cheap accommodation.We always make the receipt, sometimes simply we do not make it immediately. If you needed it why did not you ask for that?

Parfait ! localisation, accueil, calme. Certaines chambres comme la mienne, ont une vue sur un bâtiment très sécurisé, (mur, chemin de ronde, guérite ...) mais on ne va pas à Venise pour regarder par la fenêtre. D'autant plus que, dans la "rue", Fondamente Ca' di Rizzi, à 17h30, à mon arrivée, il y avait un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le canal ... époustouflant !!

Good Place to stay for City Sightseeing

Pros: Location is very good (near to Piazzo Roma and Railway station). Also the prices are very fair. Staff was always nice and helpful. The included breakfast is quite okay, just what was expected.
Cons: There are no safes in the rooms. Also, the equipment of the rooms is very basic.
Location: Near Piazzo Roma and the Railway station. In walking distance to Rialto (about 20 min). A few nice restaurants are near.

Peaceful, convenient location

Location is convenient near the bus and train, easy to find to. Peaceful spot. The room is sparse but bed is nice and the bathroom is clean and functional
