The hotel location is OK and it is an historic building. Le hotel room safe is not laptop compatible. But the worst is the rigidity of the receptionist. Check-out is 11h00 and it is impossible to discus about an extension, even 30 minutes. I never saw that.

Regarding the Late Check-Out I have to disagree with your comments. You have requested a complimentary Late Check-Out at 3:00PM (The Hotel Check-Out time is 11:00AM). Unfortunately we were unable to grant it for free. Please consider that the Hotel Check-In Time is 2:00PM and we need to have time to clean the room and to SANITAZE it. We remain very sorry that you did not consider the reason of being unable to grant a very late check-out. We have offered you to keep your luggage in our Deposit. Good location

Nice hotel in a great location! The breakfast was nice and the staff really helpful! The only gripe, towels smelt really bad!!

Der Weg vom Shuttle-Platz SanMarco ist zu Fuss (mit Gepäck) sehr anstrengend, da das Hotel sehr versteckt liegt. Unsere Zimmer-Nachbarn waren ständig sehr laut ( nebenan sowie ober uns) dies wurde geduldet. Das Frühstück war minimalistisch und in einem sehr eingeengten kleinen Raum.

One to arrive/to leave with a private water taxi and it is our private dock located in Rio de la Verona and one pedestrian entrance which is located in Calle Minelli, 1887/1888.The best Public Stops with the Waterbuses are Rialto, Sant'Angelo, San Marco (Giardinetti or Vallaresso).Our Continental Breakfast includes bread, homemade cakes, fresh fruit salad, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, milk, soy milk, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals, croissants, jams, honey, chocolate/hazelnut cream, also gluten free upon request. Juices, American coffee, espresso or cappuccino are included as well.We hope to have an opportunity to better your experience with us whenever your travels bring you back to Venice.Yours sincerely,Irvin SuraceFront Office Manager

Finde es nicht gut, dass sich die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten lässt. Nicht jeder hat Freude daran. Zu wenig Licht im Zimmer, Fenster sollte mehr Licht reinlassen
