The rooms are SMALL. This was expected, but seeing it in person was a bit of a shock. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and were able to get us into a larger room for a reasonable uncharge.

I like the location. The only issue I had with this property was my room was warm and I hadn’t put the air conditioning on for the year. If I open my windows, it was very noisy and if I kept them closed, my room became too hot so I didn’t really get a great night sleep

Extremely helpful and knkwledgable front desk team - helped out a lot with sight seeing and food suggestions. Rooms was neat and ean and vey comflrtable..aircon could be a bit more powerful. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended hotel.

Girls trip four traveling we each got our own bed. Laura front desk was excellent checking us in and holding our luggage. The room was nice great view of canal and the blow dryer was the best along with bathroom loved the shower. The hotel is walking distance from train station but my friends didn’t want to carry luggage over bridge so they paid to have it taken for them. On our last day the bus is to left of hotel . Only 1 small bridge to lift your luggage do able and bus takes you straight to Marco Polo. The breakfast is good and service excellent. The only thing was one of the sheets smelled nasty and seemed like they put perfume. I would stay there again

Easy access hotel to train and water ferry boats

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Easy walk from the train station- while the room was rather small, the view from our window over the canal was priceless! The room was clean, the bathroom was awesome (great shower) and the staff was helpful and charming! Easy access to the public water travel (vaporetta) to get to Rialto and St Mark Square. Bed was a bit squeaky and soft but we slept well. Highly recommend!

This stay was amazing, though it should be noted that Arlecchino was closed down and the hotel booking was actually for Hotel Olympia next door. This was an AMAZING hotel, the staff (specifically Maria) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and had canal views out the window. Location was right by the Piazzale Roma (transit) and great restaurants with easy walking access everywhere. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms, very convenient from the train station and the local bus station to get to the airport on way out. Rooms face the canal and you have a wonderful view of the canal. Spacious rooms and large bathroom. Loved this location and staff is very friendly.
