No complaints at all;however rather than a hotel, I would consider this back home tonbe more of a ‘B&B’ than a ‘hotel’. Perfect for the short city break. Very very clean; really nice en-suite bathroom. Hotel owner couldn’t be more helpful; as a born and bread local, he was amazing; he was in touch with us on WhatsApp right from the start to make sure our journey and arrival to his place went smoothly and when I got lost he even came out to find me; very accommodating. Breakfast room basic but good beakfast and had everything we needed for short city break. Free WiFi very useful. Kettle in room for tea and coffee. Sociable and would definitely go back as so friendly and genuine.

Der Gastgeber war so freundlich, mich am Vaporetto abzuholen und auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft hat er mir gleich Tips gegeben, wo man in der Nähe gut essen kann. Auch sonst waren er und sein Sohn freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut -- man befindet sich in einem kleinen Gässchen, was sehr ruhig ist, und doch ist man in gut 5 Minuten an der Rialto Brücke. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Sympathisch, persönlich... hilfsbereite Besitzer...im Zimmer war etwas frisch... Zum Frühstück hatten wir nur Brötli mit Konfitüre, am zweiten Tag gabs noch Joghurt... aber für diese Preis ist ok.. Zimmer ist etwas dunkel.. Gute Lage...

Excellent position au centre de Venise, dans une ruelle tranquille. Les propriétaires ont été très acceuillants et nous ont donné des indications précieuses pour la visite de la Ville. Une bonne note pour le petit-déjeuner. En revanche, nous avons été déçus par deux choses: 1) chambre trop petite (plus petite que l'image laissait supposer, avec difficultés pour ranger nos affaires 2) le fait que la chambre n'avait pas de salle de bain, ce qui c'est révélé une source constante de préoccupations (chambre de bain souvent occupée par les occupants d'une autre chambre, ainsi que par d'autres visiteurs de l'hôtel qui n'utilisent pas les facilités de leur chambre). Ce qui n'a pas arrangé les choses, c'est que la propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas parfaite. Le site ebookers ne m'avait pas signalé clairement que la chambre n'avait pas de salle de bain (ça mériterait une bannière en rouge!). Le propriétaire avait signalé la chose par email, parmi toute la documentation qu'il nous avait envoyée, mais je n'avais pas vu. En résumé, ce n'était pas la chambre que nous voulions et il y a manifestement eu un problème de communication.
