Staying in the heart of Venice, off the main tourist area, was perfect. Mario and Esmeralda were wonderful hosts, helpful in every way. The house is in a traditional Venice neighborhood. Our room had all new plumbing and was comfortable and charming. All of Venice is within walking distance. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. We would definitely stay here again. Note: there is no elevator if stairs will be an issue. It wasn’t an issue for us.

We had an amazing stay with Mario and Esmeralda! They were super kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided us with great recommendations for nearby food and activities, and even helped us book transportation to the airport for a 6:00am flight on extremely short notice. As far as the room, it was nice and clean and in the perfect location, allowing us to walk to the main attractions and all the restaurants we wanted to try. Before leaving in the morning they provided us with a really good breakfast which was super convenient. You can tell their Bed & Breakfast is about more than just business to them, they truly want their guests to feel at home and get the absolute most out of their vacation, which we did. We will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Venice. 10/10 stay!

The staff was very communicative even before check in to make sure everything went smoothly. They were very welcome and gave us a quick what to do in Venice. Breakfast was included before we went out. Space is limited and expected like anywhere else in Venice. Overall a wonderful stay.

LOVED IT !!! My husband and I recently stayed here for three nights...first time to Venice. Mario was a fantastic host providing a lovely breakfast each morning and some great recommendations (including a map) of the most popular places to visit in Venice, which made our trip perfect. The place was perfectly located, very clean, quiet....just perfect spot for a short visit. And it was our first time staying in B&B and certainly did not disappoint. I would 1000% recommend this place !

Mario was a lovely host and very accommodating. Our room was small, sufficient, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent (try the pistacchio croissant/brioche). The residenza is on a small calle (alley) typical of Venice, and gps got us there alright. We would stay here again if/when we return!

Mario is an excellent host. Every time I emailed him, he got back to me within an hour. When we arrived 2 hours early, he let us leave our bags inside. We came back at 2 and all our very heavy bags had been brought up to our room. The room and bathroom were very clean. He served us breakfast each morning which was great. He answered all our questions and gave us recommendations for restaurants which were fantastic. The day we left, he made arrangements for us for the water taxi and additional road taxi to take us to the airport. He helped us with our luggage and waited with us until we were on the water taxi. I would highly recommend staying with them.
