The location was perfect, and Venice is stunning, but the hotel very disappointing. The rooms were in need of redecoration, which we would have overlooked, but the sink tap was very loose, chipped toilet seat, loose bedside light, and wallpaper hanging off, threadbare carpet etc. We reported the issues to reception but they shrugged and then ignored us for the rest of our stay.

Incredible Stay

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Great bed and shower! Room came with a Juliet balcony and all guests had a balcony on their floor overlooking the Grand Canal. It was such a treat having breakfast provided for us each day, with a custom made cappuccino. Location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great location for night life. Right by the Rialto Bridge. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. We had a large room. Bit loud outside if you are a light sleeper.

Rooms are very small bathroom has no counter space and air conditioning needs to be reset every time u enter the room because nothing in the room works without putting the room key in the slot and you are only given one. Overall good experience.

Location location location . Such a unique hotel. Loved the style of it and its prefect location. Very friendly staff and helpful. Rooms on smaller side but who cares your step away from Rialto bridge and all the beautiful places in Venice center. Loved it and recommend. Worth the splurge.

Our stay was really nice. The only issues we had were how dark the rooms were. The rooms are very small, which totally expected, but the rooms should be a little brighter to make it feel bigger. The staff is amazing and really wanted us to have breakfast on our last day. Leaving our hearts in Venice. This was dream come true.
