This was an excellent location in the middle of everything! Easy to see all the great sites and still quiet at night. Alessandra was such an amazing resource to help with transfers, directions for sites, etc. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Venice. Wonderful host, fantastic rooms with traditional Venetian decoration to really immerse you on your trip to Venice. This was the hosts family home before and her passion for Venice shines through,helpful with sights to see and where to go. Could not recommend this place enough, the perfect getaway stay.

A very Venetian experience. While not a “hotel” this is more of home rental. Location is steps from Rialto Bridge, and many other locations. The staff truly made you feel at home. Will stay there again, and will in fact schedule my trip to all us to stay here.

The place was superb and beautiful, very detailed and clean. The host, Alessandra, is very friendly she greeted us warmly and prepared for us a very refreshing juice,water and cookies. The breakfast was very generous and delicious.she also gave us directions and map with nice places to see and restaurant suggestions.she went beyond expectations and booked us a beautiful terrace view. Accommodation is very unique and artfully decorated. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Area was nice and close to the restaurants and shopping areas. Something that they did not mention in their listing and you need to be aware of especially if you have lots of luggages is that the property has no elevators, and you need to climb up around 30 steps to get to the entrance of the reception. Since we had a lot of heavy luggages, we were not too happy that they did not advertise this issue on their listing. They are also having rules for limitted eating or drinking in their rooms to prevent potentially damaging the artistic decorations of the rooms. Overall, my family stayed there for one night and we were happy with our experience.

Hospitable staff

The owner and staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. Upon our arrival, when the electricity was out, they promptly provided us with a flashlight. Unfortunately, the power outage occurred again the next day. While we understand this was beyond the control of the hotel, it did impact our experience. However, Alessandra went above and beyond by offering us a breakfast to go and arranging a water taxi for us.

This hotel was in a perfect location near the Rialto bridge, shops and restaurants. Alessandra, the owner, was so helpful and very accommodating and sweet. We loved the room, it had so much character. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Venice.
