The hotel is conveniently located near a water stop. (Just 5 minute's walk.) There is a restaurant right outside the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, clean, and cozy. The only issue I had was that there is no elevator. (It's a bit hard with luggage.) Other than that there was a lot of charm and historical integrity to the hotel. The breakfast was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was quiet and safe. I highly recommend it.

Offered a hotel boat to Murano, sounded good… decent ride, took us to a glass shop on Murano, learnt some things, but it was an absolute sales push. As soon as we made it clear we were not there to purchase, we were put back on a boat and dropped at the closest dock on Venice (hospital). Then treated poorly by hotel staff once we walked back to the hotel. Can’t recommend this place.

Service and front desk staffs are great. 24/7 staff with security cameras adds safety for early or late in/out. Walking distance to high end shops and famous sites. 1 min walk to a key water bus stop is a huge deal. One down side: we paid $350 per night for the week that we visit, but the facility and room are dated. Room is very clean, but not modern, simply dated.

Amazing boutique hotel

Wow, this hotel was amazing! It’s honestly the cutest and cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Everything was great, and the best part is that it’s within walking distance of most of the main attractions. When you arrive by boat/ferry, it’s literally only about a 5-minute walk to the hotel—so convenient! It’s also close to plenty of shops and restaurants, which made exploring super easy. The only tiny downside is that they don’t provide an iron or steamer—you have to give your clothes to them if you want them pressed. We skipped that and just walked around a little wrinkled, haha. Breakfast was simple but fine, and we enjoyed doing lunch and dinner out instead. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, and overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would definitely come back here again!

It's a beautiful hotel located in an ideal location with easy walking to some of Venice's greatest treasures. The restaurant affiliated with the hotel (just a short walk away, over one bridge) is excellent. Wonderful staff. We'd definitely stay there again. Pro tip: Get a private water taxi from the hotel back to the train station at the end of your stay - it was worth every Euro.

It’s good location and good access with luggage

No lift, however young porter did assist with heavy luggage. Easy walk from ferry with large luggage. Breakfast ok. Reception need to smile. Ironing clothes is a hassle as you have to go to an “ironing room” which is a staff closest/supply room.

The location is amazing, clean, breakfast was good. To get there from the train station head out turn to the right take the sea bus to Giglio station then walk 1 min. One thing the person works in the restaurant/bar his name **Rey** was extremely rude asking us to leave the table even tho we were staying in the hotel. Manager need to take an action and teach his staff how to be nice and behave well. Other than that everything was perfect.
