Excellent hotel. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, parking, staff courteous and helpful, everything works, restaurant also very good, very good location near the harbour, close enough to access all the benefits of downtown but also far away enough to avoid all the noise and carnage of city nightlife. Close to public transport stops as well. Good value for money. Has everything you want, no need to go to more expensive ostentatious places. Cannot recommend it enough.

The room was a good size for the 3 of us. Very clean! Room had a separate bedroom which was great! There was a coffee machine, microwave and fridge in our room for convenience. We also used the swimming pool & hot tub multiple times. Towels were provided. Highly recommend the Vista 18 restaurant on the rooftop! Food was amazing. It was a great location downtown Victoria. The only thing I wasn't happy with was having to pay for parking. That should be included when you are a guest.

Such a central location - either by walking and transiting. There's a close bus stop by Douglas St. and Courtney St. for foot passengers coming from Swartz Bay. Perfectly convenient. Staff was accommodating every time we passed by the reception area. Overall good across the board.

Great hotel, restaurant and staff. However, being a woman and and walking my dog at night, I was rather nervous, as way too many homeless people half a block away doing drugs.
