Fantastic place with everything a family could need! The room was clean and quiet, and the location is close to downtown Victoria and local restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming, allowing us to check in a little earlier. Highly recommend!

The room with a harbour view was excellent. The amenities of the room were great and the pool with in and out of doors with a sauna was very much to my liking. But just a word of caution when went to check out there was a lunch meal charge added to my bill for $160.00. I was quite shocked by that as we had eaten out with friends and I did not have occasion to eat in the hotel, Whether by accident or intentional fraud, some other party billed a big lunch to my room number. Fortunately the hotel removed the charge without hesitation, But always check your room charges at check out in case there are these sort of errant charges.
