It’s an okay hotel, The staff are really nice except for the lady working the front desk yesterday early afternoon. She was rude, I was waiting just standing there after the other guest left but she never acknowledge me I had to get her attention then she finally looked at me and that’s when I asked her if I can have two bottled water? She hesitated and asked if I was a guest there? What my room number was?? When I actually witnessed when another guest the day before asked for bottled water and the person working the front desk at that time didn’t ask if they’re staying there?!what is their room number?! Before she handed me two bottled water she told me they only give free bottled water when guests are just checking in, I told her I didn’t know that and I said thank you and I walked away. That experience didn’t just didn’t sit well with me, I was really bothered by it. I didn’t understand why we were given a handicapped room either because I didn’t ask for it!! That room is definitely not worth what I was charged for!!! I will never use Expedia ever again!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better room for my daughter’s 30th birthday. She was thrilled it had an ocean view. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The only thing upsetting was the mouse that was in their bar downstairs. Everything else was perfect thank you. Can’t wait to go back.
