we visited Vienna after 7 years, last time we have also chosen Arcotel, but other one near UN buildings. We liked our stay in this Arcotel. From railway station it is about 20 minutes by U1 underground, you just go through shopping mall and reach the hotel. Hotels has unusual reception, you can make your check in yourself just with your name and number of reservation. in the lobby there are free water, tea and apples available. Very modern and nicely designed rooms have comfortable beds. Very silent air condition. Rooms to the atrium are more silent. Breakfast and also toilets are situated in the 2nd floor. In spacy modern designed restaurant is served excellent breakfast. You find there everything including fresh juice, you can make your own pancakes. Also coffee is very good. The only minus - we were missing minibar or refridgerator in the room and free coffee would be excellent. We highly recommend this hotel - rate quality - price is very good.

First time to stay in such modern,cool and young look hotel.Rooms are excellently lighted.Modern furnitures,highlight is the free 24 hours coffee.We came as a group(25)and the surcharge of people added was very minimal.Location is excellent,the huge shopping center and restaurants are just right behind the hotel.Looking forward to stay again in your hotel next year November with a much bigger group.For sure we will recommend you.

Huone oli aika perus, ei mitään ihmeellistä. Sijainti oli ihan hyvä, metrolla pääsi keskustaan nopeasti. Aamupala oli vähän tylsähkö.

Super hotel, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage - Teppichböden könnten mal gereinigt werden - Duschkabinentüre lässt zu viel Wasser unten durch, somit ist der Badzimmerboden immer Nass

Sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer. Am Wochenende war das Personal mit dem Ansturm auf das Frühstücksbuffet komplett überfordert. Zu wenig Personal, und für so viele Gäste ist der Frühstücksraum nicht zweckmässig eingerichtet. Ebenso war es dem Zimmerservice an drei von sechs Tagen nicht möglich bis zum Abend das Zimmer zu machen.

Ich Fand den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren super. Leider beim Frühstück war oftmals viele Dinge nicht vorhanden oder ging lange bis sie aufgefüllt wurden
