Such a lovely and warm staff. Perfect location, lovely quiet room, good pillows... MAGNIFICENT GREAT breakfast!! Tiny complaints: no phone in the room, and the elevator is a bit small (BUT WORKS FINE)... Great place to stay, fair pricing as well.

Breakfast choice was excellent with great buffet and choice of dishes cooked in the kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Superb location within easy walking distance of many sites such as the cathedral, Hofburg palace and museums. Short walk to public transport network. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most perfect stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautiful with truly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in! The staff were so accommodating and made us feel very welcome! Particularly Nancy who was so lovely to talk to and very helpful. The location is perfect for seeing Vienna, I would really recommend staying here!

Great location! Rooms are large and clean. Loved this hotel and the location was perfect. Close to the main walking street , shops and sites. Don't skip the breakfast it was the best part of our stay. The food is so good, on top of the buffet you get to order off of a menu. Delicious!
