Lieber Robert! Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir arbeiten jeden Tag hart daran, dass wir Ihr nächsten Besuch angenehmer zu gestalten. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie zwei verschiedene Zimmerkategorie gebucht haben und uns beim Einchecken nicht informiert haben. Natürlich müssten wir Ihre Sachen verlegen, damit wir für die Andere Gäste das gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen könnten. Wegen 2,- Euro Rabatt könnte ich leider keine Hinweise finden, daher finden wir es sehr nett, dass in so einen Fall wie unser Personal reagiert haben.
