Our stay at the tivoli marina was very disappointing. On arrival there was no water in the bathrooms, the rooms was extremely dusty and to top it off the next morning there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. When speaking to the manager there was some empathy but really not much understanding I felt. Nothing really done in good gesture apart from moving rooms- to then find a cockroach. I would never return here again or recommend to anyone, there are so many better options in vilamoura. Additionally breakfast could never be right, the order would be wrong everyday and most things cold. Very awful stay. Do not waste your time!!!

Lovely hotel ,staff were excellent Lots of help with a smile ,things were a bit different because of COVID like breakfast but it was well organised .plenty of sanitizer around the hotel for you to use . Would definitely stay here again we had a room with the marina veiw which was lovely .

We stayed in a Puro Beach room which gives you daily access to the Puro Beach poolside of beach. PB is a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast is good but it’s the only area I have a criticism as it’s a bit like a school canteen, very busy and noisy but it was good quality.

Fab hotel, 1 minute from beach. Special mention to Jorge who really went above and beyond making us feel at home, and sharing his local knowledge so we could make the most of our visit, always so friendly. Hotel was clean and certainly 5stars

Best Hotel For Vilamoura Marina

Having travelled over 20+ countries worldwide, my favourite 5* hotel has to be Tivoli Marina Vilamoura. From their delightful welcome to their daily courtesy providing little chocolates to the room & all around prompt assistance to questions  and/or requests; just splendid. The ocean view room was nice but the Marina view is much better. It is perfectly placed directly opposite the Marina, especially compared to other nearby hotels & the interior/archictecture is a sight to see in terms of detail. Their gym facilities, spa, jacuzzi & outdoor pools were perfect. Their Purobeach Beach Front & Pool Lounge were vibing & a perfect way to relax with drinks/cocktails & food/snacks. I highly recommend this hotel to all wanting to stay at Vilamoura & the pricing is decent. I anticipate returning soon!

Good hotel convenient for beach and restaurants

Pros: Good location, only 30 minutes from airport, great views from room.
Location: Great location with beach and restaurants close by
Nice hotel with good facilities the negative aspect for holidaymakers is that conferences are held which seem to be given priority over holidaymakers
