Well located Art Deco hotel in heart of Old Town!

Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature.

Great Location. Ok Hotel. No Elevator.

The hotel itself is very nice. Decoration is a bit antique, classic Roman style. However, the site says it has an elevator and that is not the case. There is no elevator in either building. The main building only has a wheelchair rail. The room had a very nice view. Bed was comfortable and pillows are ok. The tub is very small and we found hairs in our towels The location is great. 5 min walk from the main square. The Parking garage that they have the discount with is also 3 mins from the hotel.

Hotel al que le falta un poco de limpieza en las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son amplias. Está muy bien situado. A dos pasos del centro. El registro de la entrada en Dato 2 tienes que realizarla en el otro Hotel Dato. Ninguno de los dos tiene ascensor. Personal de recepción muy amable!

Essendo un distaccamento dell'hotel Dato, per effettuare il check in è necessario recarsi nella reception dell'altro hotel che dista poche centinaia di metri (indicazioni vengono fornite suonando al citofono) Hotel pulito e stanza molto ampia, posizione eccellente a pochissima distanza dal centro storico e dalla stazione. Da segnalare qualche piccolo difetto: dai muri poco isolati (nessun rumore dalla strada ma si sente tutto dai vicini di stanza), alla lampada situata sopra la porta d'ingresso che segnala l'uscita di emergenza e che illumina la stanza tutta la notte con la sua luce soffusa. Infine vasca da bagno davvero molto piccola,persone oversize faticherebbero a farsi una doccia senza allagare il bagno
