Easy check in, room was spacious. Not a new or modern room but it had everything we needed. Apart from bed it had table and chairs and also a sofa and plenty of bench space.

The facilities are beginning to show their age. There is no door on the shower and the pillows are very thin. Otherwise, the room is comfortable enough for an overnight stay.

Only writing this review for others to be aware. The room, bed, bathroom etc were not in a fit state. We may be a bit more particular than others, but the smell, waste that was still evident (we couldn’t tell whether it was a dead fly or something worse), plus the noise of the freeway that’s closer than it seems and general unkempt nature, even of the sagg8ng bed, without underlay etc. in the end we lasted all of about 20mins, including alerting the very patient and courteous staff member. After which we found a more suitable place to stay the night, and thanks to the owner for giving us a refund as we had paid before inspecting the room in person. One of the pitfalls of online bookings, but at least we know where to stay and more importantly where not to.

Had a staff member stay whilst working in the area. He said he could see the stains on the mattress through the sheets. He saw a RAT run through his room later in the evening. Barley slept as he was concerned about the rodant running around. Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. This is just putrid. I cannot understand how you can charge people to stay in this squallar!
