Дуже класне розташування по відношенню до вокзалу, 7 хвилин пішки і вже на станції. Приємні хлопці на ресепшн, любʼязно зустріли та зареєстрували, приємний контингент в готелі, номер великий, чистий, без сторонніх запахів, для мене важливо було мати холодильник, він був, добре охолоджував. В номері декілька пляшок води на комплімент, також є в тренажерному залі, що рятувало там, бо трохи не було там чим дихати (сухе повітря). Зручне ліжко, добре освітлений номер, сусідів чи шуму з вулиці не чутно. Все сподобалось. Швидке заселення та виселення. Дуже хороший сніданок, з купою їжі та напоїв. Я дотримуюсь здорового харчування і знайшла для себе все необхідне. Хотілося б, щоб якась крупа була, але то таке .. в іншому все супер. І фрукти, і овочі, і горіхи, і яйця в різних видах, смузі навіть. Повернулась би залюбки

Nicely remodeled historic hotel. Great lobby. I stayed there for six nights. Across the street from the most iconic building in Poland, the Palace of Science and Technology. I am giving this bad rating because the sink was clogged and it took them four days to fix the problem. This is unacceptable in any hotel.

I was not impressed. The bed was hard and had one pillow. The blinds did a poor job of keeping out the light from outside the window. The staff told me where to park and neglected to tell me there would be a 150 pln charge. The breakfast was not the best quality and I was not impressed at all with the coffee they served. I will not be staying here again.

We had a great stay here from check in to check out. The hotel is fun, beautiful and historical and in an excellent location. We tried the bar/restaurant at night, great service and food. The breakfast was a treat and had a huge selection of fresh cold and hot foods. We each had a service at the spa and it was excellent. The room itself was well appointed and had a great feel. Housekeeping was A as was the front desk team. This is a great hotel running well on all levels. It made our stay wonderful.

A beautiful week in Warsaw

A beautiful palace well located in the heart of the city of Warsaw. Top marks for cleanliness everywhere in the building. A very good and varied breakfast well served. Mattresses in general are soft and not too comfortable. All the rest next to perfect.

Excellent choice, I'm glad I stayed at the Polonia

Excellent fast checkin, great customer service and pleasant front of house. Agreed an extra complimentary 1 hr checkout stay at beginning of trip due to flight time, which was refreshing. Large rooms, great beds and clean linen. Adequate bathroom/shower over bath and toiletries. Heated bathroom floor which was nice. Superb breakfast selection. Overall, a great Hotel which is based in the Centre of Warsaw. 200m from the Central rail station, and an excellent selection of craft beer bars and assorted restaurants within a maximum 15 min walk. Safe area at all times. Sauna and gym if you so desire. Just a great visit and would unreservedly recommend to all travellers who are looking for a quality stay at a competitive price.
