The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. One problem I encountered was with the shower. I was on the 7th floor, and the water temperature was either lukewarm or there was virtually no water pressure when turned to the hot water setting. The stream was more of a dribble, making it impossible to enjoy a lovely shower. My travel companions on the lower floors didn’t have the same trouble with the shower as I did, so it may have just been the location of my room.

This hotel is located in a prime location. We came in by train, the “central train station” and walked maybe 5 minutes to the hotel, everything is close. All transportation to the airport and to other parts of the city are close. The hotel staff was incredibly sweet and spoke English. Breakfast was delicious with many options—from eggs and bacon to oatmeal to cheese and fish. The room was clean and roomy. Beds are a bit small but I think that’s the norm, I didn’t see any queens, went from twin to king I believe.

What a beautiful hotel in a perfect location near old town square, many restaurants, historical sites, museums and right in front of the building of culture and science. The room was super clean and spacious. We ate at the restaurant and food was delicious. The customer service was simply the best. I highly recommend this hotel. I loved my stay here.

El hotel es exelente, muy bien ubicado, muy buena atencion. El desayuno es rico y variado. El restaurante muy bueno. El unico problema fue con la recomendacion de tomar un taxi de regreso al aeropuerto, se ve que el empleado llamo a su "amigo', nos hizo salir mas temprano de lo necesario y su "amigo nos cobro 130 sloty por un viaje de 15 minutos. Comviene viajar en Uber o Bolt.

Older property but our go-to to visit Warsaw. Even standard rooms are very spacious with high ceilings as is typical in older buildings. Good connections to Warsaw's very good transit but no longer has close-by parking. (Lot is being changed into greenspace)
