The room was smaller than I expected but it was ok. The checkin/checkout by computer was a little annoying. The lights in the room were confusing. But good location.

Very clean and fun for the efficient traveller. The staff is incredible: friendly, helpful, kind, always available day and night! Only bar in the area open late for all of us on an earlier timezones. Used the gym couple times--towels and water available there. Rooms are compact--great for one, snug for two unless you get one of their larger rooms. The ipad control of the room is fantastic. On demand hot water in the sink and shower. I would stay here again.

Service was terrible . Staff were crusty except for the manager. Front desk woman was brash and rude and difficult to understand .Technology for technology’s sake . Bank of computers for self check in were useless and didn’t work . Ridiculous to have an app for an analog tv and changing the colors of the lights . It’s also clunky and required removing security off my phone so it’s useless. Shower had two shampoo bottles one conditioner and no soap. Refresh on room after 3 days never occurred. Rooms were like staying in an RV. put some ash trays by the benches outside . It was filthy with cigarette butts . That’s the cliff notes .

Be aware that it is a modern Danish concept hotel. Everything was clean, lobby and breakfast was wonderful. But the room was very small and the bathroom (our main discomfort) was like a plastic capsule in the middle of the room just a few feet away from the bed. You could hear everything what was going on in the bathroom just like there are no walls. The door did not have a lock either. Pretty uncomfortable. We stayed only one night. Switched to a hotel with a traditional bathroom with a proper door and walls.

This place is pretty nice - decor, cleanliness, quality of toiletries and amenities… But there is an air “freshener” in the ventilation system that is staggering. My asthma didn’t stand a chance. And the gentleman in reception appeared totally put out when I requested a room without this. Then when I got into my room (which was wonderful, by the way), none of the outlets worked. I called down and another gentleman said he’d send someone to fix it (instead, he clocked out and went home). Fortunately a nice lady informed me of a simple reset button, which fixed the problem. After that, all is well (except the halls and lobby, where I seriously cannot breathe).
