I was on the street side of the building very noisy all the time. The shades chain broke last 2 days but I didn’t report it I figure the staff would deal with it. Clean but no fridge or microwave a little in conveniente.

The checkin staff at all times were friendly, professional, and helpful. I thought the location was the best part of the hotel because of it being next door to a number of the metro lines and so many restaurants and attractions nearby. I thought it was a very convenient location for my trip.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, could hear someone coughing next door all night, the bed was on a slope, and overall was just run down. I asked to be moved to another room but was told none were available, so I checked out after one night and was misled by the staff in terms of trying to get a refund. I managed to get something back thanks to the agency I booked through but overall a terrible experience and won’t be back at any Club Quarters any time soon.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. Able to do self checkin and self checkout. Front desk empty a lot but didn’t need them either. Nice coffee dispenser on 2nd floor (free.) we had 2 twin beds in our room which were comfortable. AC worked well. Comfortable pillows. Liked the blackout shade.

We were able to check-in early, around 12:00, and early check-in fee of $50 was waived. The room was a decent size and bathroom had all the amenities. The second floor had a water bottle filling station and coffee machine. There were also sofas and chairs to sit and relax. Good location with easy access to restaurants and Metro.

Excellent location

Came as a veteran to support veterans. CQ is close to the mall, just behind the white house. Trains and busses right at your doorstep. Staff vary friendly and helpful.
