Better-than-expected breakfast (make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage); noiser-than-expected air conditioner and bathroom fan. Not bad overall. 10-15 minute walk from the Ballston Metro station, but there's also parking.

Definitely a budget hotel but pricing matches the value. A little noisy because it’s on the intersection of two 4 lane roads. Short walk from the Ballston MU station.

I was a solo traveler who needed a night to stay at a reasonable price. The room was a bit dated, but the room was clean and tidy. I think the one big issue is noise. The windows are thin and the hotel is adjacent to a busy street so you do hear the odd car with loud speakers roll by. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy.
