The rooms had bugs in them. The beds are sinking in. The first room I was in the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall and the wores were hanging out the main light didn’t have a switch. The outlets were cracked with pieces missing. A roach in the tub. Second room had bugs in it too the bathroom was so small you had to be against the wall to close the door. Overall didn’t look like the picture and didn’t get what I was told I was going to. Would never try again in my life. The parking lot had dips big holes and chunks missing. One of the worst stays I had anywhere.

There was construction going on and no mention on the website. The floor of the room was filthy. There were 2 dumpsters in the parking lot and in 3 nights we saw 3 rats running across the parking lot. This was not a good experience at all. Construction started early with incredible loud booms as the workers were throwing material from the third floor into the dumpsters. Communication was limited to one lady that could speak english.

When we arrived our first room had roaches. Got another room and the second day we started seeing roaches. The sink wast dripping and could not shut off. The only reason I know they never swept & mopped is because the roach I killed the day before was still there. Do not recommend!

I don't want to be unfair as the property was undergoing renovations. But the lift was not working all 4 days we stayed which was a major problem as we were put on the 3rd floor. The floors were not clean and the plumbing in the vanity leaked, Just generally run down. Staff were friendly enough but disappointing as this is the longest stay in our 3 weeks in the USA.

Horrible. Construction that was never mentioned while booking, going on EVERY DAY I WAS THERE FOR 4 DAYS starting at 8am. And the walls are paper thin so it sounded like they were in the room. Very dirty hotel grounds, brkfst was a joke. Indifferent staff at best. Left that place exhausted. You can do better and should

I booked a room with a king size bed, and the kitchenette and that is what I paid for when I got there. The person at the front desk said that I cannot have that room. It’s not allowed to be booked through Expedia. I believe I should get a refund. We took a different room and it was OK but no the coffee maker the water pressure in the bathtub was horrible. No plug for the bathtub to fall back to small beds. Also, there are garbage cans with lids outside the doors of the rooms with the rats that’s running around if those garbage cans are full they’re gonna look for garbage that was very unsanitary And the plugs in the room don’t work. It just wasn’t a great experience. I have a picture of a rat. I had more than one encounter with one outside our room.
