This property looks nothing like the photos. If I could have I gotten a refund, I never would have stayed. The outside is falling apart. The room was dirty with stained walls. The bathroom was outdated with tissue stuck around the shower head and up in the corner. The bathtub was full of hair and so was the floors throughout. There were crumbs all over the floor and it hadn't been mopped. The sheets appeared to be clean. The kicker was a roach that crawled across the clock! I immediately took the trash out. after a restless night, I got coffee from across the street and was stuck outside for 30 minutes because the door card stopped working. No one was at the front desk. I will never stay here again. Do not recommend.

This hotel is pretty rundown. Everything worked in our room, but we did hear other people mention some things failing in their rooms. The breakfast if very basic, compared to other Wyndham's we've stayed at. The elevator was not working; during our stay, we learned that it hadn't worked for months. The best part about this hotel is that there are decent eateries around, public transportation transportation access is great and the hotel staff are very willing and accessible to help. The inside pictures of rooms they show here must be from another Wyndham, not this one. We were expecting and paid for a kitchenette, there were no such rooms at this site.

ROACHES! On our last day we were woken up by a man screaming and getting tackled by police. We packed up as quickly as we could and got out of there. picking up the clothes off the table there ROACHES!!!!! I was so disgusted and disappointed in everything. The rates were cheap but you get what you paid for. I now worry that I have taken ROACHES back home!!! I wish I could get a FULL REFUND.

We stayed at this hotel for a day. The location was definitely a highlight — it’s perfect for travelers since everything we needed was close by. However, the room itself was disappointing. It wasn’t as clean as we expected; we even saw some bugs running around, which made us uncomfortable. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was way too dim, making it hard to use. Overall, great location but the cleanliness and room conditions need serious improvement.

I stayed at this hotel knowing its conditions and hoping to have a better experience than other guests who stayed there. Looking at the positives, it has a great price and a great location. The breakfast is enough to satisfy your hunger, but the options are the same every day without exception. The main negative point is in fact the presence of cockroaches, we found an average of 6 cockroaches every day. Although there is room service every day, it is a problem that is difficult to fix. The furniture is old, the dresser in our room was broken and showed signs of use from several years ago. There were holes in the walls where the cockroaches came out at night. But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the hotel staff is polite and helpful... Rating 3.
