The property is centrally located with restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walking distance and the Washington Metro only 5 minutes walk. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately our waitress during breakfast was less friendly (we were ordering a la carte). Rooms are clean but room service is every other day and they do not clean the room, only replace towels, disposable cups, etc. Note there are other breakfast options within 5 minutes walking distance.

I mentioned to the front desk that the AC/heating fan was so crazy loud I had to turn it off. Then I realized that the fridge (in room 324) was super loud. Didn't sleep much. Great hotel. Loud room.

Housekeeping was horrible. Definitely not what we would have expected from a Hilton hotel. They changed our housekeeping day after we had already been there for 3 days, we had no towels and had to wait hours for them to bring them, causing us to be late for an Inauguration event.

Good for convenience and a proper night’s sleep.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Two minutes from the Metro. A nice lobby for gathering with friends. Coffee was quite good. Breakfast buffet was nothing special. Gracious staff.
