Love love all the employees of HI express!! Neville was so kind and took such good care of my car and he knew exactly who we were!! Such a fabulous human!! Antoinette at the front desk was soooo lovely! Always greeting us and seeing how are day was and if we needed anything!! We will def stay there again!!

We really enjoyed the breakfast. It helped us get our day started. The dining staff were very helpful & friendly. The room was clean & room service made sure our trash are picked up. Walking distance to most area attraction, bus stop is a few steps away on both directions. Very accessible to other modes of transportation & app delivery services for food. Overall a good stay. We'll definitely consider coming back if we're ever in the DC area again.

When u wash in sink water flows to side of sink and drips down to floor. There was a spot on entry way where carpet damp. But stay overall was great including breakfast but you did not serve bananas and bacon.
