the place was great! our shower/tub could use replacement, it was a bit dingy, but clean none the less. the staff was very nice and helpful. i must’ve missed it but you do have to pay 20$ a day for parking. overall would stay there again

The check in went well. The room was large. The bathroom looked 30 years old. The hotel provided a small bar of hand soap, and small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. No bath soap. One of the towels had a foreign hair in it. The room seemed clean but had a foul smell that hit you as soon when you walked in. The breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, cereal, milks, coffee, bagels, cream cheese and jellies, juice, and more. The staff took away my plate when I was done. Very friendly.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at this hotel. I loved my room. It was big and spacious, and the staff was welcoming. I also loved the complimentary breakfast - and Sean, the server and cook, was an absolute doll. I'm incredibly thankful to have called it "home" for three nights.

I was staying there with my grand daughter because it was close to XNA. I got a suite with a fold out bed in the main room. There was also a separate bedroom. I pulled out the couch bed and there were no sheets or blankets. or pillows. I called the front desk. They brought sheets and a blanket up, but did not put them on the bed. They just droped them off. So we are at a hotel, and we had to put the sheets on the bed ourselves. Not exactly what you would expect at a hotel where you are paying almost $200 a night. And the pool and hot tub were still out of order for over a week.

There was an issue in the system that did not connect with expedia with the hotel so on expedia show I was booked but in their system showed nothing but the GM went out of her way to correct the issue and was able to get everything figured out. Definitely professional, would highly recommend

Long time to check in. Also no one for 5 min was available to check out. Did not want to wait so left my keys and left. I wanted a proper check out since they wanted 100 dollar deposit and I could not do that without waiting. There also was a line of people trying to check out. Breakfast was good. I just did not care for the front desk.

Horrible

The neighborhood is HORRIBLE! Dilapidated buildings, businesses, homeless person lives in meridian in front of hotel. Walking in it smells musty. Hotel staff less than cordial. Smelled like marijuana most of the time along with musty. Room had peeling paint. Absolutely NO water pressure, we took showers in trickle of water. All furniture was extremely scratched, scraped, dented. We did NOT feel safe the entire visit. My wireless headphones left on the desk disappeared when we returned in the evening. Would not recommend! There are NO places to eat nearby. Difficult location to get in and out of.
