Staff was very nice, welcoming! The room was clean and the bed was comfort The parking was amazing and actually we booked a King Suite Room, unfortunately they were renovated so we got set up in a nice queen suite and accommodated our parking for the evening!! Would stay again

Beware the hotel is under renovation and going through a transition to Marriott. I arrived at 3pm and was told I needed to pay $25 to check in before 4pm. There was nothing in the details there was an early check in fee. The room smelled of cigarette smoke to the point I had a headache after being in the room for 2 hours. The desk was dirty and stained, the toilet cover was mismatched and didn't fit. When I went down to the desk to check out, they did not ask why or if there were any concerns. Disappointed since the room was non-refundable and have to pay double to move and for Uber to a new place.

No tv in room and the staff was rude, loud and didn't care they had a failure on thier end. They were arguemenitive and would interrupt vs listen. Management wasn't any better. I would rather sleep in my car than deal with them again and I will never use this place again. I genuinely hipe they go bankrupt and someone with a little character buys it out and makes good of it.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered several concerning issues that marred my experience. To begin with, my room was not cleaned throughout my stay, which was quite disappointing. I had expected a certain standard of cleanliness, but instead, I was greeted by an unkempt room each time I returned. Additionally, I noticed that some staff members were eating breakfast intended for guests. This behavior completely undermined the hospitality one would expect in a hotel. In addition, they used a fork and not the utensil for the food. Moreover, I was taken aback when I encountered maintenance workers in the elevator who were covered in white paint, which gave the impression that the hotel management was unprepared and disorganized. When I approached Michelle, the front desk attendant, to express my concerns about the cleanliness of my room, I found her demeanor extremely rude. Instead of addressing the issue directly, she spoke from the back office, raising her voice rather than coming to engage with me in person. This lack of courtesy only added to my frustration. Overall, my experience at this hotel was the worst I have ever had, and I believe both the management and the staff need significant changes to meet the basic expectations of their guests.

The room was nice and big but many things were in poor condition. The lamp base had rust on it, when I tried to open the fridge it came out of its nook. I asked housekeeping to clean my room when I left to go out and they didn't. It took 4 tries and one room change to get keys that actually opened the door. Also they were in the process of renovating.

Was asked to pay over 50$ to park 2 vehicles in the hotel parking lot. Guy wasnt the most polite man in the world either. Hotel is ok but definitely not the best crowd hanging around.
