Our stay at the Hyatt in DC/National Mall was excellent. Facility and rooms were clean and comfortable; gym had adequate weights and equipment and was very clean; breakfast was provided in your stay and was above average for free hotel breakfasts; location was excellent for walking to L'Enfant metro stop, the waterfront for dining/shopping, and museums; and staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. We were early arrivals (redeye flight) on our date of stay and Isaiah welcomed us with room keys and breakfast. Thank you from my teenagers the most. The room was very great for a family of four. The breakfast area was so clean, fresh and taken care of and large as well. The selections were different than other hotels and changed slightly each day. We would stay here again.
