The room was clean the staff were courteous and helpful when approached. The hot tub was broken and one elevator was out of order. The breakfast area was to small to accommodate the guests and the waffle machine broke in the middle of a breakfast rush.

We had a very restful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The staff were warm, polite, and always prompt. Breakfast was consistently available until the last minute, which we appreciated. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay

Clean enough. Very quiet. Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast had a variety of options and is your typical buffet. The pool was working, but the spa was not. Not in the nicest area, but it felt safe. Good value for the $$$

I was there for a staycation for my wife's birthday. While the staff was polite, it didn't really compensate for the lack of ammenties. The Wi-Fi and in-room cable was down for the duration of our 2 night stay. On the second day the hot tub and pool would be closed for the remainder of our stay. This really brought down the value of our stay, to virtually nill.
