InterContinental Does not deserve to the Willard

I booked the Willard InterContinental through your platform and encountered: - Mouse(s) under infant’s bed and in room - Missing wedding ring after room change - Double-charged $1,112.68 (not refunded until I contacted them) - Limited response despite promised callbacks from Front Office Manager and Security Director. They never called back Three weeks later: No wedding ring update, no refunds, no compensation beyond points. IHG’s negligent management of this historic property - ignoring health hazards and lost valuables - is unacceptable.

Willard goes above and beyond

The Willard Hotel provides an unforgettable experience. The Historic Hotel itself with amazing ambience coupled with first class attentive staff consistently makes an amazing stay in DC. This was my fourth visit at the Willard and I will not consider staying any place else when I visit DC.
