This location worked well for my family and our needs. It was clean and front staff no matter who it was, were very nice and professional. There is a Sprouts that you can walk to as well. They have laundry room and to go breakfast (muffins and fruit bars). The entire facility gives you a brand new feel. There are many restaurants near the area as well. I would recommend.

The part that stands out the most about the stay was the guest services. The front desk ladies were very helpful, understanding and accommodating! Customer service is very hard to come by these days so it's truly appreciated.

Police arrived the morning after we encountered a person in the hallway with a teardrop tattoo by his eye, indicating that he had murdered somebody. Despite or perhaps even more because of the 4 or 5 police cars, we felt unsafe and left 3 days earlier than we intended.

It was an awful experience we booked for 5 nights and on the first night we found out there was no water pressure to the 4th floor they gave us, and we were told the pumps were not working right and they were getting them fixed on Monday. But understand we got there on Friday night so we had to go to family house for our showers, also the person in the room next door left the tv blasting all night and we didn’t get sleep. I spoke to the front desk and I was told they would say something to the person, now on day 2 & 3 we still had no water pressure and were told it still wasn’t fixed and promised us a credit for those nights which hasn’t happened. Now day 4 we got switched to the 2nd floor and the water pressure was better but still not repaired as of yet and what made matters worse was we go back to the hotel at 11:00 pm and now we have young kids running above us and at 12:30 am I went down and spoke to the man at the front desk and he told me he would talk to the mother but nothing happened and we were sooo exhausted at 2:30 am fell asleep with these kids still running around it was honestly so loud and in the morning I complained to the manager and she told me it’s a mother with 3 young boys and would speak to her about this. She did say something to her because our last night was finally peaceful. But it ruined our vacation as far as being able to get sleep and we would never stay there again and I’m gonna still look for my credit they owe me.
