Scary, Awful Experience

I barely slept last night. Around 1 a.m., I was jolted awake by a group of about 20 young individuals in the adjacent unit, shouting, fighting, cursing, and causing chaos. They were drinking and arguing loudly. I have never encountered anything like this in my years of staying at hotels during family vacations. I was genuinely concerned for everyone's safety and even considered calling 911, fearing the situation might escalate into violence. I contacted the front desk, and while they did send someone to address the issue, the entire experience was deeply unsettling and unacceptable.

This place was awesome. It was like a resort community. Our room had a full kitchen, living room, jacuzzi tub, shower, back yard patio & 2 TV’s. All the rooms were immaculate. The staff was friendly, kind & helpful. We’ll be going back to this place someday.

This property is very nice. The suite was huge. It is bigger than our one room apartment. The bathroom was very large with a jetted tub, a shower and a 2 sink vanity. The furniture was very nice Queen Anne style. And The bed was comfy.

Great Time in Williamsburg!

The unit was very nice and clean. There were a couple lights that were either out or, after being on for a while, started blinking (LED), but it didn't bother us so we didn't say anything until we were checking out.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. When we got there we were given room keys to a 2nd floor room. When we drove up to the building where our room was, we thought that we shouldn’t bring anything in to the room just in case because we had a feeling. When we got to the room the tub was a quarter of the way filled with water. One of the light switches was hanging out of the wall. So we went back to the front desk and they “upgraded” us to a different room. This room was similar to ours but had a sauna. Everything in this room looked ok. After getting out of the shower, it was discovered that none of the TVs were working and we couldn’t get the remotes to work. Also the phone lines in the room were not working. So we had to call the front desk form our cell phones. They said they could either transfer us to another room or they would come by in the morning to fix the tv problem. We ended up staying in the room and after about an hour we got the tv in the master to start working, but could not get the other ones to work. We got a phone call the next morning from the manager and he said they would come by and fix the TVs and that they had to call someone to come and fix the phones since they are in the ground and would require someone to come in and try and fix the lines. We got back later in the evening and the TVs were working. The sauna was not working. We tried to get it to work, but it would not work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
