Hotel room was good, clean. seemed to have been updated recently with new flooring. The bathroom ceiling had some moisture damage, but that didn't impact our stay. One thing we noticed was that there wasn't a light in the entry way of the room where the closet was. It made the room a little dark. Otherwise great stay. front desk staff was friendly.

Hot tub was out of order and not disclosed upon booking. That was one of my main reasons for booking this specific hotel, my body is sore after a long drive and I really wanted to relax in the hot tub. Laminate floors in the room make it feel cleaner which is nice.

We were in town for a university tour. We arrived late and left by 10am. The room was serviceable we weren’t thrilled to be out in an adjoining room right beside the elevator but understand that there are limited rooms available. The alarm clock in the adjoining room went off around 11pm With no one in that room to turn it off and, when we tried to call the front desk we discovered our phone didn’t work. My son went to the lobby and the alarm clock was silenced within a 1/2 hour.

I booked this hotel because your website stated free shuttle to airport. Told at front desk that there isn't and you should get some lights turned on at entrance so the place doesn't look so scary. Room is clean.

The door to the bathroom was faulty. As a result, I got stuck in the bathroom for about one hour and a half as a claustrophobic person and a senior citizen. When I notified the front desk they informed me that maintenance would be sent up after my departure. Extremely dissatisfied with my stay. What else is a senior citizen to do I get so helpless
