Staff was very helpful, our rooms were not ready but they were very good about getting them ready. My only complaint is we left a speaker and a Playstation controller and they said it wasn't found. Most have grown feet and walked out.

We love the pool. The water was warm. Big enough for lots of people. Parked near our room. Asked to check in early, was charged extra. My grand kids needed a nap and to be fed, so I had little choice but to pay the up charge. Many staff members working but not one acknowledged me in the halls.

The room heater was broken, and the fireplace didnt work. The maintenace tech didnt speak english and had to use a translator to talk to him. He said the fireplace wouldnt come on because it was warm in the room which isnt true. They couldnt fix anything and offered to move us. We were already unpacked and did not want to deal with packing it all up and move 3 floors up. We stay here alot and this was the worst its ever been.

Friendly staff and great value for what I paid. I stayed during the off season so it was drastically discounted and a lot of the amenities were not available however it was everything I expected and needed it to be. Straight out of the 1990s this place is an adorable time capsule. Could use some refreshing but I loved it

The hot tub was dirty and 94 degrees, the room was dirty and the shower water was luke warm so didn’t feel clean after getting out of the hot tub. When I checked in, I had read on Expedia that the pool was open till 10 and the front desk lady informed me it was 9pm. It was 8:30 when we checked in and her response was “too bad”.
