The room itself was fine. The bathroom smelled of rotten eggs and was tiny. The hotel itself was decently clean, the pool area had normal wear and tear. The General Manager was nice and allowed us to check in early. The lady that was working the front desk after he got off was extremely rude and is the reason we will never be back. She shouldn’t be going around blaming people for things. Overall, good location, decent stay for the money but like I said, won’t stay again because of how she treated us.

Room was clean and had been updated since the last time we stayed but the air conditioner was not working so the room was very hot. But the pool area was an issue. The hot tub had a lot of broken tiles, and the sauna was not working. The staff was good. One of the front desk’s attendants were a bit over friendly and kept getting to close for my comfort to my kids. And wouldn’t leave us alone while we were trying to get and eat our breakfast.

Disappointing Stay-Poor Service

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unpleasant Room Conditions Check-in was a terrible experience — the receptionist was rude and completely unwelcoming. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable being greeted at a hotel. The customer service overall needs serious improvement. The room had a strong musty odor, which made it hard to relax. On top of that, the toilet seat was broken — clearly, maintenance and cleanliness aren’t a priority here. To make matters worse, at 10am (an hour before checkout), staff knocked on our door saying the owner had asked them to check if we had left. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially since checkout time is clearly stated as 11am. Honestly, I should have taken the empty parking lot as a sign. I regret not reading more reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
