Conveniently located on the quiet south end of Wrightsville Beach, watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the waterway from this new construction, top level duplex with all new furnishings, appliances, and decor. Seaside B includes a private elevator and is right on the beach, making this the perfect spot to enjoy the beach life with friends and family.

Seaside B (upper) offers a bright and open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all with amazing ocean views. A fully stocked and updated kitchen will please any chef in the group and provides a great place for family and friends to gather while preparing the day's fresh catch. Enjoy ocean breezes and listen to the waves crash from the large, covered, oceanfront deck after a long day on the beach.

The master suite offers a King bed, its own private bathroom, and a private sound side porch with waterway views. Take in the sunsets and watch the boats pass by after a fun filled day in the sun! The second bedroom offers a queen bed, waterway views, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom four which offers a twin bunk bed and another double bed. A pullout couch in the living area provides sleeping space for two more people if needed.

On the ground level there is an outdoor shower, propane grill, covered parking for 2 vehicles, and a storage closet for the bikes and beach chairs which are available for your enjoyment. There are two additional uncovered parking spots providing parking for 4 vehicles total (depending on vehicle size). Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

4 parking spots are available, must park on the the left side of the shared driveway when facing the house. In front of storage closet labeled B.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
