Overall a good hotel. The pool was not open which was one of the reasons we booked ( two teens traveling with us). The CAT ferry is just down the street. So convenient.

This hotel had a nostalgic charm and pleasantly dated vibes but was nonetheless very tidy and convenient. Ideal location for pedestrian travel. Pool, gym, and restaurant available.

Concrete work = early departure

The hotel has construction in progress. The workers started chipping off bricks at 8AM which radiated through the concrete of the structure making the constant hammering literally sound like it was the room next to ours.

Hotel is being renovated, it’s older. Our room on the 3rd floor loos to have been done, it was nice. Beds were not comfortable. The toilet sits very, very low. The restaurant was great. Food was delicious. The Alfredo spaghetti was homemade & yummy. Staff at both places were extremely helpful and so nice. Not a lot of shops in town so not much to do. Was very very convenient for us to stay so we could get on the CAT the next morning to come home. We didn’t really have time to explore all around so I’d only recommend a one night stay.

Clean and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms is getting old and will need to be updated/renovated very soon.
