"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. ..."

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The A/C worked wonderfully, which is an absolute must when traveling to San Andrés since it gets so hot and humid. As for the food, breakfast was just okay (it did the job), but they make amazing pizza, and the shrimp cocktail was super delicious ..."

"This is one of the nicer hotels in San Andrés. It is not beachfront, but the beach is only a short walk away, which makes the location convenient. The staff was kind, and the breakfast buffet was good. Those were definitely positive parts of the stay. That said, the hotel needs better maintenance ..."
