I’m surprised that this “resort” qualifies to be on hotels.com. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There is nothing good to say about this place. This place is worse than a hostel. Heed my warning. You will be sorry, if you don’t. It was so bad that I left almost immediately.

Great hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed in the family room which was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel was also a good base to visit all the main tourist attractions around Zhangjiajie. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
