At breakfast , l asked for a omelet with some vegetables to be added to my omelet. The cook ( a young boy with a unfriendly attitude, refused to add tomatoes to my omlet) . He was extremely unprofessional and rude. It a pity that the hotel employs those who have no experience in customer service. ...

First they could not find my reservation. Then they put me in a smokers room, i asked to be moved, and they put me in a new non smoking room, that stank of smoke and had an ashtray... the room was dirty and therewas black hair in my bed...
